Communication is very important role in running a reputable and profitable business. Furthermore, if you are running online business such as eBay where communication is vital. Through appropriate communication, the only way to convince your customer that they are dealing with serious, honest and reputable seller. I would like to share some of simple template that can tackle your customer so they wont get so fussy about your selling. Sweet fingers (to type the email) is all what you need to win your customer heart and solve any single problem that you might face.
It’s very rude for you not to say thanks once your item sold. Messaging your customer once the item sold not only give a good credit to your reputation and DSR rating for communication but also, through the message you can promote your other products indirectly which may result for multiple item purchases. Once the item is sold, this is my email to my customers:
“Hi there,
First of all I would like to thank you for the purchase. I really glad and appreciate the opportunity given to me to deal with you. Secondly I would like to remind you that you are purchasing from an International eBay Seller (that’s me), it will take sometime for the item you ordered to arrive you. After about 5 working days for handling, the item usually takes 10–20 working days to be received at your doorstep, hopefully it’s not an inconvenience for you for such delivery time. Please let me know if you receive the item by leaving a all 5 star feedback or message me if you have any problem with the package. If you not receive the item within the mentioned time frame please do let me know also, so I can check for you with the shipping company.
Thanks
Regards John Smith”
All other emails are easy as you only have to answer questions such as where is my item or any other complaint. But this very first email is very important to apply, you can edit this draft according to your needs. I always use Selling Manager Pro to automate this message once any of my item sold.
Ciow!
